The restaurant group specialising in rice and paella dishes, Cullera de Boix, has launched this year a new communication and digital marketing strategy, developed by the Sàpiens Publicacions group, with the support of the CUINA magazine. This communication strategy involves creating a new website, with which the group seeks to facilitate interaction with users and customers.
Thus, the group not only renews its digital image to get closer to consumers, but it also offers a version for mobile phones that will allow them to look for information anywhere, anytime.
One of the highlights of this step forward is the incorporation of the GurmetBoixblog, a space for the publication of news on the restaurants, reports and interviews which are relevant to the hospitality industry. All this with the unique presence of rice and paella dishes, Cullera de Boix’ specialties. Meanwhile, the CUINA magazine shall collaborate in this space with the provision of specialised content.
The new website of the restaurant group includes detailed information on all the restaurants in the group, the menu and the daily menu offering, besides the location map and contact details of each venue. With this new format, lovers of good rice will be able to make reservations via the Internet and also find recipes by Xavier Matarrodona, chef of the Cullera de Boix group.

This restaurant group was founded in 2001 by Jordi Gabarrell and, has opted since its inception for traditional market cuisine and the use of local products as well as innovative techniques.
It currently boasts three venues: one recent addition on Rambla de Catalunya, one near Plaza Urquinaona and another one on Hospital street, next to the Boquería market and La Rambla. Apart from the dishes you may try, their terraces and spaces reserved for private events make them even more special.
