The Cullera de Boix’ restaurant located on Barcelona’s Hospital street, next to La Rambla, has renewed its image with illustrations by GPS Lois. This restaurant is one of the best in Barcelona to enjoy the traditional spanish paella.
Would you like to discover which providers Cullera de Boix relies on and where they are located in Catalonia? You can do so in a simple way: just come to the Cullera de Boix – Boqueria restaurant and see on a map of Catalonia the location of the group’s producers (from the wineries to the Molino de Rafelet rice or the Sanmartí pasta from Caldes de Montbui, among others).
The map is a large-scale illustration on the wall by the Barcelona designer, GPS Lois, who has also caricatured the restaurant entrance with an image of two customers enjoying a meal. This door also incorporates traditional baskets and planters.
These are some of the highlighted changes to a restaurant, which is specialising in rice, but not the only ones. The Cullera de Boix – Boquería management has painted the restaurant green, has incorporated design lamps and has opened spaces that ultimately provide it with a fresh and welcoming feel. That is, an ideal environment to enjoy one of the best rice dishes and paellas of Barcelona.
